OrderRequest is a service-enquiry marketplace connecting customers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh with independent, third-party home service vendors including but not limited to Packers & Movers, AC Technicians, Plumbers, Electricians, Housekeeping, Carpenters, Pest Control, and Home Painting professionals.

1.1 Nature of Service

OrderRequest acts solely as an intermediary platform that collects service enquiries from users and forwards them to relevant, independently operated vendors. OrderRequest does not itself perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of any service rendered by vendors. All service agreements, pricing, and work quality are solely between the customer and the chosen vendor.

1.2 Vendor Contact & Privacy

To protect the privacy of both customers and vendors, all communication facilitated through OrderRequest will display OrderRequest's own contact number and email address rather than the vendor's or customer's personal contact details, unless both parties separately and explicitly agree to exchange direct contact information.

1.3 No Liability for Vendor Conduct

OrderRequest is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or dispute arising from services rendered by vendors listed on the platform. Users are advised to verify vendor credentials, obtain written quotations, and exercise reasonable diligence before engaging any service provider.

1.4 Vendor Registration

Vendors registering on OrderRequest confirm that all information provided (business name, services offered, experience, certifications) is accurate and current. OrderRequest reserves the right to verify, suspend, or remove any vendor listing at its sole discretion, including for incomplete information, customer complaints, or violation of these terms.

1.5 Free Enquiry Submission

Submitting a service enquiry through OrderRequest is free of charge for customers. OrderRequest does not charge commission to vendors at this time; this may be updated with prior notice published on this page.

1.6 Modifications

OrderRequest reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OrderRequest collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted by users and vendors through this website.

2.1 Information We Collect

When you submit a service enquiry or vendor registration form, we collect: full name, mobile number, email address (optional), location/address, and details about the service requirement or business offering. We do not collect payment information through this platform.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

Information submitted is used solely to: match customer enquiries with relevant vendors; contact users regarding their enquiry or registration; send confirmation and status emails; and improve our service matching process. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

2.3 Contact Number Privacy

Your personal phone number and email address are never displayed publicly on the website or shared directly with vendors. All vendor-customer communication is routed through OrderRequest's official contact channels (+91-93968 27321 and hello@orderrequest.in) to protect your privacy.

2.4 Data Storage & Security

Submitted data is stored securely on our servers and accessed only by authorised OrderRequest personnel for the purpose of processing enquiries and vendor registrations. We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

2.5 Google reCAPTCHA

This website uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse on our enquiry forms. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
